What GeoLocale is

GeoLocale is an informational tool. It shows maps, neighborhood scores, city and country ratings, and sample property listings to help you compare places. It is not a real estate agency, broker, lender, or advisor, and using it does not create any professional relationship between you and us.

Not professional advice

The scores, rankings, distances, prices, and other information in the app are provided for general guidance only. They are estimates built from public data and simple models, not professional real estate, financial, legal, or investment advice. Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for any decision. Before renting, buying, or making any financial commitment, verify the details independently and consult qualified professionals.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the app useful, but we cannot guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or current. Maps, points of interest, listing details, prices, and scores may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Listings shown may be samples or may no longer be available. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Third-party data and links

The app relies on data and services from third parties, including map tiles from OpenFreeMap and MapTiler and place data from OpenStreetMap. Property information may come from external portals. We do not control this content and are not responsible for it. When you follow a link out of the app, that destination's own terms and policies apply.

Intellectual property

Map data is copyright OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Database License. The GeoLocale name, design, original text, and score models are owned by the operator and are protected by applicable law. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial exploration. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or build a competing product from the app or its data, and you may not remove any attribution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, you agree not to interfere with or disrupt the app or its underlying services, place automated or excessive load on them, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its content, including any decision you make about housing, relocation, or money. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these terms. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
